Weekly Euchre in Oakland County
We are getting very close to our goal of giving everyone in Oakland County a nearby place to enjoy Weekly Casual Euchre. Our newest location, The Tiki Bar in Walled Lake, now covers the southwest corner of the county, leaving only the Holly area in the northwest without a regular location. We hope to fill that final gap by the end of June. See our Events Page for the schedule.
Thank you to everyone who has helped grow the Darby Connections Euchre community. Building a strong community takes effort, and every member plays an important role. One of the biggest ways you can help is simply by showing up, especially when we launch a new location. Early RSVPs are also extremely valuable. Many people decide whether to attend based on how many others have already signed up, so waiting until the last minute can unintentionally reduce attendance.
Please continue to be welcoming to new people. Our group has earned a reputation for being one of the friendliest Euchre communities around. Introduce yourself, make new friends, and invite people to activities outside of Euchre. That's how strong social circles are built.
You can also help by telling others about us and sharing photos on social media. Group pictures are some of our best marketing tools, so be sure to join the photo at the end of the night and smile!
Supporting our host restaurants is equally important. They provide us with space and staff, so please consider purchasing food or drinks while you're there. Your support helps keep these venues excited about hosting us.
Darby Connections also has expenses for cards, advertising, software, hosting, and other operating costs. We do not charge membership fees because we want everyone to be able to participate. If you have the means to help, donations are always appreciated. Many members contribute about $5 per event or $20 per month, and those donations go a long way toward helping us continue to grow.
Thank you for being part of the Darby Connections community and helping us bring people together across Oakland County.
